Francisco Almansa

Mr. Francisco Almansa is a lawyer of Spanish citizenship. As a lawyer he accumulates extensive work experience in the areas of real estate, tax advice for nonresidents, immigration by investment programs in Europe and litigation at international level.

Mr. Almansa obtained his Law degree from the University of Almeria in 2001, and a Master’s Degree in International Migrations and transnational movements of people from the European University of Madrid (Spain).

Currently he is member of the Lawyers Association Bars of Almería and Madrid (Spain) and is a practicing Jurist in Moscow (Russian Federation). He currently spends his time among Madrid, Moscow and Dubai.

Mr. Almansa has been a senior foreign advisor of the High Court of Intellectual Property of the Russian Federation since 2013, and he is accredited by the Spanish General Consulate in the Russian Federation (since 2014) and the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the Russian Federation (since 2008).

He has been during all his career a frequent speaker in relations between Russia and Spain, both as a speaker in different professional events (Almeria, Madrid, Málaga, Alicante, Marbella, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Krasnodar and Dubai) as being featured by Spanish and international media (El Mundo, Expansión, Cinco Días, RBK, Business FM, Voice of Russia, Russia Beyond the Headlines, radio Mediametrics, etc.)
