Dr. Ana María Fernández Gómez del Castillo is a highly accomplished legal professional specialising in Financial and Tax Law, Corporate Restructuring, and Banking and Compliance Regulation. She holds a Ph.D. in Financial and Tax Law from the University of Seville, awarded Cum Laude, with a dissertation on the fiscal regime of the mining sector.

With extensive experience as a Judicial Expert and Court-Appointed Insolvency Administrator, Dr. Fernández manages business restructuring and insolvency proceedings, offering expertise in corporate compliance, financial risk assessment, and tax strategies. She has worked as a Tax Advisor and Attorney since 2008, previously serving in senior roles at Bankinter and the Spanish Tax Agency.
