Rubén works at Del Canto Chambers in London, UK, where he advises on Spanish and international tax, private international law, immigration, and broader legal advisory matters, including corporate, wills and trusts, and real estate.
As a qualified Tax Advisor, Rubén is preparing to sit the Spanish Bar Exam. His professional interests focus on international tax advisory, cross-border structures, and the legal and tax implications of global mobility, private wealth, and international business.
Alongside his practice, he continues to deepen his knowledge of UK and US tax systems, driven by a strong interest in comparative and international taxation. He is particularly motivated by the intersection of tax, law, politics, and economics, as well as the challenge of providing clear, practical, and commercially minded advice in an increasingly international environment.
Rubén holds a Law degree with a specialisation in Economics and completed the independent Skills for International Lawyers programme at the University of Deusto in Bilbao.
