Unai Mieza Arana

Unai Mieza is a lawyer with a degree from the University of Deusto (Bilbao) in 1997, a Master’s in Law from the Institute of Law and Economics, and a Master’s in International Law and Foreign Trade from the Institute of Law and Economics of Barcelona (ISDE). With twenty-five years of experience defending the rights and interests of international clients before Spanish courts, Unai Mieza specializes in representing German and English speaking clients.

Unai Mieza’s professional expertise and practice in litigation focus on personalized defense and legal advice for both individual and corporate international clients in cases governed by Spanish law, including the interaction with applicable International Conventions and European Union Regulations. This practice extends to handling conflicts arising from these matters before Spanish courts and tribunals.

Unai Mieza has been a member of the Bar Association of Bizkaia for twenty-four years and is also a member of the German-Spanish Lawyers Association (AHAJ- Asociación Hispano-Alemana de Juristas)
