Dr. Natalia del Barrio is a Spanish lawyer with over 20 years experience in the fields of international arbitration and cross-cultural legal matters.
She is currently the Vice Dean of the Law School of the Universidad Europea and professor of Comparative Law.
Previously, Natalia has worked as in-house legal counsel with an extensive worldwide scope and has represented the Spanish Government (Ministry of Defence) in international organisations and committees.
She holds a PhD in Comparative Law, an LLM in Private Law from the Universidad Complutense and a Degree in Law & Business form ICADE-Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Her areas of expertise are Islamic Law and the interactions between Continental and Common Law.
